I was watching Jeopardy earlier today (Unemployment Appreciation Life - No but really. I’m worthless. I need a job.) and there were four super pac ads in a row - an entire commercial break. So bored with it.
And my father is a registered republican, so we’ve been getting all the phone calls. Can’t waiiiiit for this business to be ovah.
Ryan: I'm on my way to pick you up. I'm wearing cords. Plan accordingly.
Me: Goddamn it!
Me: I'm not changing.
Why does this always happen!?
Ooooh buddy
So, along with a whole slew of things happening in my life right now - including, but not even close to limited to, graduation and job searches - I have learned the following things:
I am becoming increasingly self-aware, which ultimately makes me feel worse about the way I have been responding to certain things/people, but being aware of and changing my behavior are two very different things

Amazon. I'm trying to purchase a Prime membership.
It’s really not okay that you tell me “We’re not sure which of your credit cards we’ve charged, but we’ve for sure charged one of them, so check your bank statement.” and don’t let me choose a preferred payment method.

Here's the thing:
Obviously, my favorite thing about the new Sherlock Holmes movie was Stephen Fry. Obviously.
I lived in a 5x7 foot bedroom during my last semester (it also had slanted ceilings, so I could only stand upright in one part of the room) Obviously, this meant cutting down my possessions for the semester and I am more than happy that this habit has transferred to other parts of my life. blah blah blah i have finals next week blah blah...
The real important thing is that I have two days of college left.
Weirdsauce.
Some days I feel like I learn more from TED Talks than I ever could from the pursuit of my college degrees.
I wholly understand that they’re different forms of learning with different functions, but damn it all if the things I learn from TED don’t often feel more useful and important.
